With 7 years of personal training experience I have had the pleasure of helping my clients achieve their fitness goals and adapt a manageable healthier lifestyle.

    Elite Program (Nutrition & Exercise plan) – 12 weeks 

     

    • Tailored specifically to each individuals needs and lifestyle 

    • From every detail to macronutrients and micronutrients to what should be eaten during breakfast, lunch, dinner, as well as snacks

    • Can be for beginners or advanced clients/athletes.  I will tailor the program to meet you where you’re at and to where you want to be.

    Nutrition Program

    • This plan solely focuses on nutrition. This is for a client who already has a established workout routine but is having trouble gaining muscle mass or losing body fat due to their diet

    • This program will teach about your macronutrients and micronutrients and how many grams are needed for your body to achieve the physique goals you are looking for 

     

    Exercise Program

    • This plan solely focuses on exercise. This is for clients who already have an established nutrition plan and who are having trouble implementing a routine workout plan to reach their goals. 



     

    Juice cleanses 

    • Juice detox for 3 or 7 days targeting main organs that help the body function properly. Can expect weight loss and for your human body system to be flushed of toxins.
